Step 1: Login to MyMC with your current username/password combination.

Step 2: Click on Reset Password link.

Step 3: A new browser tab will get opened. The MyMC login page will remain in the previous tab. Keep that tab open as you will be returning to that to log in once you've reset your password.
Enter your MyMC ID (username) and click Next.

Step 4: Enter your current password and click Sign In.

Note: Some users may see a pop-up message instructing them to set up Security Questions. If you have not yet set up your security questions, you will see this pop-up message. If you do not see this message, and instead see the “Create and confirm your new password” page, please proceed to STEP 8 in this guide. Otherwise, click the Close button on this pop-up to continue.

STEP 5: The user will now see a screen to Set Up Security Questions. User answers the questions or clicks on the pencil icon and chooses a different question from the drop-down menu.

STEP 6: After completing all of the security questions, click the Save button. When prompted that the security questions were successfully saved, click Close.

STEP 7: Click on the My Account tab at the top of the page to continue to the “Create and confirm your new password” page.

STEP 8: On the “Create and confirm your new password” page, the password rules box on the right-hand side of the screen will let the user know the rules the new password should conform to. If the new password does not conform, user will see which rule the password has failed on. Click Submit to save your new password.

STEP 9: After successfully entering a new password and confirming it, user will see a couple of pop-up messages letting them know the process was completed. Click the OK button on the second pop-up.

STEP 10: User’s screen will stay on the “Create and confirm your new password” page. To complete the password reset process, please click on the Logout button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and then return to the other tab in your browser and log into MyMC with the new password.
