Open Shared Calendar on Outlook 365 App using iCalendar file

Note: These instructions are not intended for web-based Outlook or the new Outlook app
  1. To download, click the ICS calendar link that was shared with you
  2. Open Outlook 365 App
  3. Select File > Open & Export > Open Calendar
  4. Select the download ICS calendar link > OK

  5. Outlook Security notice will pop-up. Verify that this is a legitimate shared calendar link prior to selecting Yes to continue.

  6. Select Open as New

    You can rename the calendar to reflect appropriate calendar name
